上海斯将利传动机械有限公司 THK 滚珠丝杠是一种高效进给丝杠，其滚珠在丝杠丝杆轴与螺母之间滚动。与传统滑动丝杠相比，本产品驱动扭矩 最大仅为其三分之一，极为适合用于节省驱动电机功率。 滚珠螺杆为适应各种各样的用途，提供有标准化的种类丰富的各种产品，可保证用户选择最合适的滚珠螺杆。 滚珠的循环方式有循环导管式、循环器式、端盖式。预压方式有定位预压（双螺母方式、错位预压方式）、定 压预压，可根据用途选择使用适当的类型。另外，不仅有以前的螺杆轴旋转使用法，而且最适合于螺母旋转使 用法的螺母旋转式滚珠螺杆也已系列化了。 螺杆轴有被高精度研磨加工的精密滚珠螺杆（精度分为从C0-C7 的6 个等级）和经高精度转造加工成型的转造 滚珠螺杆（精度分为从C7 -C10 的3 个等级）。 另外，为了应付用户急需交货的情况，公司还备有已对轴端部进行了加工的成品、可自由对轴端部进行追加工 的半成品及转造滚珠螺杆。 作为滚珠螺杆的周边零配件，在使用上所必要的螺杆轴支撑单元、螺母支座、锁紧螺母等也已被标准化了，可 供用户选择使用。 滚珠螺杆的特长 仅可将回转运动变为直线运动，而且可容易地将直线运动变为回转运动。 滚珠螺杆是滚珠沿螺杆与螺母间的螺纹沟槽做滚动运动，因此可获得高效率，与过去的滑动螺杆相比大大提高 能微量高速进给 滚珠螺杆由于滚珠做滚动运动，起动扭矩极小， 不产生如滑动运动中易出现的蠕动现象，所以能进行 正确的微量进给。因滾珠螺桿效率高，發熱低，從而能進行高速進給。 带球保持器的滚珠丝杠结构与特长 球保持器型滚珠丝杠使用球保持器，可消除钢球之间碰撞和相互摩擦并提高润滑脂的保持性，因而实现了低噪 音，低扭矩变动以及长期运行免维护。 另外，理想的钢球循环构造，循环部的强度增加以及保持器的采用，使此滚珠丝杠具有优越的高速性。THK BNK 0810-3GT+305LC5Y THK BNK 2010-2.5RRG0+699LC5Y THK DIK 4010-8 THK BNK 1520-3G0+571LC5Y THK DIK 3212-4 THK BLW 2525-3.6 THK SBN 3612-7 THK DIK 4012-8
